Refund & Return Policy
Overview
At YBBD (Yusuf Bhai Bangladesh), customer satisfaction is very important to us. We deal with authentic perfumes and decants, which are sensitive and hygiene-related products. Since perfumes and decants are sensitive and hygiene-related products, our return policy is slightly strict to ensure authenticity and quality.
Customers are requested to check the product upon delivery. If there is any issue, it must be reported immediately to the delivery agent and the product should be rejected.
⚠️ Once the product is accepted after delivery, it will NOT be eligible for return or refund.
We highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof for any claims.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be identified at the time of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product must be rejected immediately in front of the delivery agent
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required
- An unboxing video is strongly recommended for verification
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of perfumes and decants, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products accepted after delivery
- Used or tested perfumes/decants
- Items with broken seals (after acceptance)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Fragrance preference issues (e.g., “didn’t like the smell”)
Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- Wrong product
- Leakage or broken bottle
- Missing item
👉 You must:
- Inform the delivery agent immediately
- Reject the product on the spot
If needed, contact us with proof (video/images) for further assistance.
Refund Process
If a return is approved:
- Refund will be processed via:
- Cash on Delivery (adjustment or return)
- Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported immediately during delivery
To request an exchange:
- Inform the delivery agent
- Contact our support team with proof
Important Notes
- Perfumes and decants are non-returnable after acceptance due to hygiene and authenticity reasons
- Small decants or tester products may have slight volume variations (standard filling tolerance).
- Fragrance performance (longevity/projection) may vary depending on skin and environment
