3. Payment Terms

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)
  • Full payment must be completed at the time of delivery (for COD) or in advance (for MFS orders).
  • Orders may be canceled if payment is not completed within the required timeframe.

4. Delivery & Product Inspection

  • Customers are required to check the product at the time of delivery.
  • If there is any issue (wrong item, leakage, damage), it must be reported immediately and the product should be refused.
  • Once the product is accepted, no claims for damage or incorrect items will be accepted.

  • Due to the nature of perfumes and decants, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not applicable.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video/images).
